You get existing printed rolls in similar colours, so you can judge film, adhesive and print quality. Your own artwork is approved through the free mockup instead.

Slight colour variation or small cosmetic differences where the tape still works — we compensate you rather than make you wait for a reprint.
Wrong product, broken goods or an unusable print — we produce the whole order again at no cost. That's the guarantee.
We pack for international freight. If a box is damaged on the way, we pursue the courier claim ourselves. You don't chase anyone.
One honest exception: a slightly deformed core that still runs and dispenses normally isn't a reprint case. We'd rather say that now than surprise you later.
